Weight Loss Programme
This programme consists of 4 x 1 hour sessions, attended on a weekly basis.
We will explore your eating habits, then using Hypnosis, NLP and Psychotherapy we will:
- Plant positive suggestions made by yourself, working on the subconscious mind to enhance willpower, determination and self awareness.
- Make positive changes to your eating habits.
- Build confidence.
- Create profound mental images of the end result ... a confident, slimmer, healthy you!
